Ok, so it’s been a good 8 years since I updated my website, there’s plenty I want to do with this little spot on the web. I’m going to put up some details of my favourite pastime swing dancing, hopefully I can get some video’s and pics up. I always regret not taking enough photo’s at the various event’s I end up at, so this year will be different. I’ll also be adding some info on day trading, so I can remind myself how to buy that Ferrari ;) and I’ll have more info on Medical support forums most notably Pneumothorax and Thyroid related as they’ve both had a big impact in my life.

If you haven’t tried dancing Lindy hop to some Big Band music then your missing a Helluva lotta fun. Not only is it very good for your health (except the old knees !) it’s a lovely social group with a perfect mix of young and old, with plenty of eccentric and intriguing characters.
